Requirements:

• Minimum OSHA-40+ Training
  • Have your own basic safety gear (hardhat, goggles, work gloves, steel-toed boots, etc.). Some tools may be required. We provide materials and larger tools for most jobs.
  • 1+ Year Experience in Construction with at least 3 References.
• Legally Authorized to Work in The United States or Canada (for W2 workers).
  • OR Legally Incorporated to do Business in the USA or Canada (for 1099 Contractors).
    • Must have Contractor’s General Liability Insurance in the state and locale in which we are performing work. (*Or, we can add you to our policy and deduct this from your pay.)
    • If you’re a specialty trade (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, etc.) then you must be licensed and insured in good standing in the state and locale in which we are performing work.

• Bilingual English and Spanish Preferred, minimal conversational English Required. Communication skills are important: you will be working with both English-speaking and Spanish-speaking teams, and if in Canada, French-speaking teams. We are a multi-cultural company and serve mixed international audiences. Professionalism is required as well as a good attitude!

Desired but Not Required:

• Have your own transportation. We can provide lodging (hotel accommodations) near the job sites.
• Valid Driver’s License
• Valid Passport
• Willingness to travel and stay on site
  • Be Airport Ready on a daily or weekly basis. We fly, Often.
